1. Eligibility
LumiFine is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using LumiFine, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. App Functions
LumiFine lets users choose photos, create collages, apply basic, medium, and premium templates, make sticker pictures, move, scale, and rotate sticker layers, create film-inspired works, preview results, save finished works, and view saved sticker, grid, and frame creations.
3. Permitted Use
You may use LumiFine for lawful personal creative purposes. You are responsible for the photos, videos, stickers, text, and other materials you choose to edit, save, or export through the app.
4. User Content
You retain your rights in your own content. LumiFine does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, sticker compositions, grid works, frame works, or exported images. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use LumiFine to create, store, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or exploitative content. You must not attempt to interfere with app functionality, bypass purchase or coin mechanisms, or misuse templates, stickers, or other creative assets.
6. Local Storage And Device Responsibility
Most LumiFine materials are stored locally on your phone. You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining backups if desired, and managing exported images in your album.
7. Google Play Download
Download and store-related actions may be handled by Google Play. Google Play may apply its own terms, payment rules, refund rules, and privacy practices.
8. Intellectual Property
LumiFine, including its interface, templates, design system, names, logos, and app experience, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute LumiFine except as permitted by applicable law.
9. No Warranty
LumiFine is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every template, sticker, save action, export action, or device-specific feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiFine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost content, lost data, device issues, or inability to access saved works.
11. Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
