Privacy Policy

LumiFine is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains that LumiFine collects only User ID information. All other information is not collected by us and is stored on the user's phone for local app use.

1. What LumiFine Does

LumiFine is a mobile creative photo studio. The app functions reflected by the reference screens include Tape Workshop creation, template browsing, grid collage, film video creation, sticker picture editing, touch-based sticker movement, preview and save actions, premium template access, coin indicators, and a Works archive for saved sticker, grid, and frame works.

Limited collection: LumiFine collects only User ID information. LumiFine does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, videos, stickers, saved works, album exports, template selections, coin history, location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, payment card details, or device media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used to maintain basic app operation, support service continuity, identify app access, and protect the integrity of LumiFine.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect uploaded or selected photos, videos, sticker layers, collage layouts, frame works, saved creations, exported album files, template preferences, search terms, contacts, precise location, device media, advertising identifiers, payment credentials, or any other personal content.

4. Local Phone Storage

Information used by LumiFine features other than User ID is stored on the user's phone for local use. This may include selected photos, edited images, sticker placements, grid works, frame works, film-style projects, saved drafts, and app preferences. LumiFine does not collect that information from the phone.

5. Google Play

If a user downloads LumiFine or completes an app-store-related action through Google Play, Google may process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. LumiFine does not collect payment card numbers or billing credentials.

6. Age Requirement

LumiFine is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use LumiFine.

7. Security

Because LumiFine keeps app materials local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful access controls.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
